Phased Installs, Minimal Downtime

Unlike epoxy, polyurea flexes with the slab and cures in days rather than a week or more, so a facility loses hours, not shifts. The polyaspartic topcoat resists oil, solvents, cleaners and acids, and the seamless surface has no joints to trap dirt or harbor bacteria.

Downtime

The real cost of a floor is the days you cannot use it. Each phase is back to foot traffic within 24 hours and rolling stock in two to three days.

Forklift and point loads

Wheels, jack stands and dropped tools pit and dust an unsealed slab. The system spreads the load and takes the impact.

Chemical exposure

Oil, diesel, coolant, brewery cleaners and shop solvents soak into bare concrete permanently. A non-porous coating wipes clean.

Concrete dust

An uncoated slab sheds dust onto every product, tool and surface in the building. Coating stops it at the source.

Wet floors

Wash-down bays, kitchens and loading areas need grip. We build extra texture into the zones that get hosed.

Showrooms and retail floors need to look finished. A flake or solid-color system reads as intentional, and custom floor graphics can put the brand in the floor.

We measure, test the slab for moisture and soundness, and find every crack that needs cutting out.

04. Installation

Grind, repair, basecoat, flake, polyaspartic topcoat. Most residential installs take one day on site.

Yes. The system is specified for warehouse and service-bay traffic. Point loads and turning wheels are exactly what it is built for.

The cured surface is seamless and non-porous, which is what a washable floor needs. Tell us the cleaning regime and chemicals in use and we will confirm the spec against them.

Yes. Custom floor graphics are embedded under the clear topcoat, so the design is protected by the same wear surface as the rest of the floor.

We grind it off. Old epoxy, paint or a failed sealer all come up before anything new goes down; coatings must bond to bare, open concrete.

Yes. We slot into the schedule after the slab has cured and before fit-out, and we can quote from plans.
