A polyurea and polyaspartic system over a properly ground slab with the cracks repaired is a long-term surface that does not need periodic re-sealing under normal residential use, and it is not affected by the freeze-thaw that cracks bare concrete. We will not put a number of years on it without seeing the slab.

Yes. The polyaspartic topcoat is UV stable, and exterior driveways, patios and pool decks get a textured finish with additional grip for the wet months.

Most residential projects are one day on site, with foot traffic within 24 hours and vehicles after 48 to 72. Larger or badly damaged slabs can take two days, and we tell you that at the quote.
