541 Breezin Concrete Coatings is a locally owned polyurea and polyaspartic concrete coating contractor based near Eugene, Oregon. Brad Fremion owns the company and is on the floor with the crew on every job, which is why his name is in every review.

We are licensed, bonded and insured with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board, CCB #262262, and a factory-certified dealer for Valence Protective Coatings since October 2024. That means the real product and the real training, not a hardware-store kit.

We serve Eugene, Springfield, Creswell, Cottage Grove, Corvallis and Salem, plus the coast from Newport and Florence down to Coos Bay. Garages are the bread and butter, but a good share of the work is driveways, patios, walkways, pool decks and commercial floors.

Polyurea basecoat, polyaspartic topcoat, over a diamond-ground and repaired slab. It takes hot tires, dropped tools and forklift wheels without chipping or peeling.

From First Call To Finished Floor

We keep things simple, efficient and built to last. Our coatings are tough, slip-resistant and made to handle real use. Here is how we get it done.

01. Contact

Call, text, or send a photo through the quote form. We answer with a real number, not a window.

02. Consultation

We go over the space, what it is used for, and which finish fits. Physical chip samples come with us.

03. On-Site Check

We measure, test the slab for moisture and soundness, and find every crack that needs cutting out.

04. Installation

Grind, repair, basecoat, flake, polyaspartic topcoat. Most residential installs take one day on site.

When I bought my house, the garage was in rough shape. The concrete was caked in grease, rust, and who knows what else from years of use. I honestly didn't have high hopes for what could be done, but Brad worked a miracle and completely transformed the space. It's been about a year now, and the garage has become my favorite part of the house. I was so impressed that I hired him a second time to coat the shed floor to match.

I love my patio! Brad did a great job. He is very skilled, detail-oriented, patient and one of the nicest people you'll meet. He showed up on time, worked hard all day along with Clint, and everything looks great.
