Front Entry, One Seamless Run

Landing, walk and step coated as a single surface with exterior grip in the topcoat. The old slab was ground open, the edge spalls rebuilt, and the chip broadcast to refusal so there is no bare edge left to collect dirt.

Steps Without The Slick

Risers and treads get the same textured topcoat as the landing. Shaded steps are where moss takes hold every Oregon winter; a sealed surface gives it nothing to root into.

Warm Tan Flake

A warm tan blend on a front walk. Tan hides bark mulch and pine needles and sits naturally against wood siding.

Light Flake

A pale blend lifts a shaded path and hides the pollen and dust a valley spring drops on it.

Mid-Grey Flake

The most forgiving tone on the walk from the driveway to the door. Hides tire marks and tracked-in grit.

How Every Job Goes

Grind, Repair, Coat, Done

The prep is most of the work and the only reason the coating lasts. Skip the grind and the repair and the finish fails along the same lines within a season.

01. Grind & Repair

Diamond grind to open concrete. Cut out and fill cracks and spalls, re-grind flat, vacuum dust-free.

02. Polyurea Basecoat

Rolled wet and even, worked into the pores, edges and terminations done by hand.

03. Full Flake Broadcast

Chip thrown to refusal into the wet base, then scraped and vacuumed once cured.

04. Polyaspartic Topcoat

Flooded over the flake to lock it down. Walk on it within 24 hours; vehicles after 48 to 72.
